How to Apply
The admissions process at Harrow New York is designed to identify students who align with our educational philosophy and values.
Applications for academic year 2025-2026 are now open for students entering grades 6-10. A higher grade level will be added each year through 12th grade. Harrow New York conducts rolling admissions throughout the year.
Grade Placement
With applicants coming from many different educational systems, the final decision on grade placement will be made by the School, using the student’s date of birth, grade-appropriate social preparedness, academic history and results of the admissions assessments.
To initiate the selective application process to Harrow New York, families are encouraged to submit an online application by following these steps. Homeschooled students should follow the same process:

Rolling Admissions
We are now accepting applications for places in grades 6-10 for the academic year 2025-26. Grades 11-12 will open in subsequent years. We operate on a rolling admissions basis. You are welcome to apply at any time, however, due to limited spaces we encourage you to apply promptly.
Financial Aid
If you are applying for financial aid, please submit all PFS (Parent Financial Statement) forms via the SSS (School and Student Services) Family Portal so our Harrow New York Financial Aid Committee can review the paperwork in a timely manner.
