How to Apply
The admissions process at Harrow New York is designed to identify students who align with our educational philosophy and values.
Applications for academic year 2025-2026 will open shortly for students entering grades 6-9. A higher grade level will be added each year through 12th. Harrow New York conducts rolling admissions throughout the year.
Families who complete an inquiry form will be emailed a link to the application once it is made available.
Grade Placement
With applicants coming from many different educational systems, the final decision on grade placement will be made by the School, using the student’s date of birth, grade-appropriate social preparedness, academic history and results of the admissions assessments.

To initiate the selective application process to Harrow New York, families are encouraged to submit an online application by following these steps. Homeschooled students should follow the same process:

Important dates
We will shortly be accepting applications for places in grades 6-9 for the academic year 2025-26. Our usual admissions cycle opens in fall with applications due in winter. Grades 10-12 will open in subsequent years after we open.
To serve families who cannot apply during the usual admissions cycle, we operate rolling admissions. While we are conducting rolling admissions, if you would like to receive notification in parallel with the general admissions cycle for New York City area schools, please ensure your application process is completed by January 15, 2025.
If you are applying for financial aid, please submit all PFS (Parent Financial Statement) forms via the SSS (School and Student Services) Family Portal by December 1, 2024 so our Harrow New York Financial Aid Committee can promptly review the paperwork.
